We had a fantastic experience with Ryan Spencer and his crew at Sharp Roofing. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Dan came out and fixed our siding, and he was knowledgeable, efficient, and took real pride in his work. The communication, quality of work, and overall experience were truly top-notch. It’s rare to find a company that makes the whole process this easy and stress-free. We would highly recommend Ryan, Dan, and the entire Sharp Roofing team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

2019 had full roof replaced, 2024 notice getting leakage coming from the exhaust pipe from hot water heater on top of the roof, had a manager come out there take a look at it told me it was a HVAC problem. Just got a quote from another roofing company and they are going to have everything taken care of, tired of the runaround with this company, thanks for the $750 loss that I have to pay out of my pocket to get the job done right.

Hello Mr. Tobias, This is Ryan, the owner of Sharp Roofing. I wanted to let you know what our findings were on your roof. It turns out it is not the roof itself that is leaking, but rather the water heater pipe, which, while we detach and reset during the replacement of the roof, is not part of the roofing system warranty. These are considered part of the HVAC system and would have to be replaced by a licensed HVAC tech, of which we are not. We are in no way trying to avoid or shirk our responsibility, this is simply not in our scope of responsibility. We are sorry you feel differently. Kindest Regards, Ryan

These are great people, wonderful people I’ve seen the people. I know how they work. I know how they strive for greatness, for excellence, for quality work. you’ll never meet people like these people. I look at roofs that are not done right and I say- sharp could’ve done it better!

I couldn’t recommend sharp enough! Their customer service is incredible. They were honest, worked within our budget and were more affordable compared to the 4 other roofing quotes we got. Incredible service, knowledgeable. They had our trust. They actually tarped our roof for free TWICE in attempt to get us through the winter with the roof we current had. We look back with a lot of gratitude and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a roof.

Cory extended an existing deck, and replaced old seating (poolside) with contemporary composite material. That with a new poolshed door . It’s truly rejuvenated. 1st class work all around.

Sharp Roofing did a great job on my roof. I had a leak so they were able to move it up in the schedule. The job was done in a day. Michael Bundy kept me informed through the entire process from quoting to completion. I would use them again.
